We lined up the prices of 19 email marketing platforms used in Europe and checked them against the official price lists. Each one has its own page with the full comparison.
In short: on paid plans, Spedito costs less than every platform below for the same number of contacts. There are still cases where an alternative is the better deal, and every comparison says so.

How we compared
Monthly prices without VAT, in the currency each platform shows, checked on 16 October 2026 against the official price lists. When the official page doesn’t show the price for a given list size, we use a recent independent source and cite it.
We compare the cheapest plan that lets you email that many contacts. For platforms that charge by emails sent, we assume four emails a month per contact.
Prices change often: every comparison lists its sources and the date we checked. If you spot an out-of-date number, write to us and we’ll fix it.
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest email marketing software?
It depends on what you need. If a free plan is enough, Kit covers up to 10,000 subscribers (without automations and with its branding), Sender and EmailOctopus 2,500 (with their branding) and Zoho Campaigns 2,000 contacts (without automations). If you need automations, forms and integrations with no one else’s branding in your emails, Spedito is among the cheapest: free up to 500 contacts, then €5 a month up to 1,000 and €25 up to 10,000, excluding VAT.
Why do some platforms charge by emails and others by contacts?
They are two ways of pricing. Platforms that count contacts (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Spedito) charge for the size of your list; those that count emails (Brevo, Mailjet) charge for how much you send. With small lists and regular sending, paying by contacts is usually cheaper; with huge lists you rarely email, paying by emails can be.
Is Spedito suitable for very large lists?
Spedito’s price list goes up to 25,000 contacts, at €49 a month. Beyond that, write to us: for lists of hundreds of thousands of contacts there are platforms built for those volumes, such as MailUp.
How do I move from another platform to Spedito?
Export your contacts to a CSV or Excel file and drop it into Spedito: columns are recognised automatically and people who had unsubscribed stay excluded. The help centre has a step-by-step guide for each platform.
