Terms of service

The service

Spedito lets you collect contacts, write and send email campaigns and automatic sequences, and see their results. We may improve and change the features; we will tell you in advance about any change that reduces what you pay for.

Your account

You are responsible for what is sent from your account and for keeping your password safe. You can invite team members, who act on your behalf.

Permission and anti-spam rules

• You may only email people who gave you their consent or with whom you have an existing customer relationship as allowed by the law of their country. Every email must contain your postal address and a working unsubscribe link (Spedito adds both).
• It is forbidden to use purchased or rented lists, to send illegal, deceptive or harmful content, or to hide who the sender is.
• To protect all our customers, we may pause sending on an account with unusual bounce or complaint rates, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans, prices and payment

The free plan includes up to 500 subscribed contacts and 3,000 emails a month. Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, through PayPal, plus VAT where due. The plan depends on the number of subscribed contacts: if you grow beyond your plan, you will need to choose the next one to keep sending.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings › Plan; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

“Done or refunded” guarantee

For 60 days after your first payment, if Spedito isn’t right for you, write to help@getspedito.com and we refund everything you paid. No questions asked.

AI credits

The AI features use credits: every plan includes some each month, and you can buy extra packs, which don’t expire. Always review AI-generated text before sending it: you are responsible for what you send.

Your data

Your contacts and content belong to you. You can export them at any time. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Data processing agreement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Spedito available at all times but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. Except for intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

Closing the account

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, with notice when possible.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For businesses, the courts of the place where Nutrispace S.r.l. has its registered office have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the law of their country.
